We start each new client relationship with a one on one meeting the with the property owner or property manager to discuss what the expectations of the new relationship are, and what steps are going to be taken to meet those expectations. Throughout the life of the relationship, the owner or property manager will have a dedicated client manager who will communicate fully to make sure each scheduled maintenance visit and new project are completed to the highest of standards. Prime deploys multiple crews of highly trained and skilled crew members to deliver top notch quality.
